It was a rainy day in Brooklyn which sort of kiboshed our plans to go to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
Instead, we walked up and down Bedford Avenue, browsed some vintage shops and then headed back to Five Stride for some shopping. Maim tried on some new boots and replaced some protective gear while I bought merch. I need more hoodies.
All the running around was getting the better of us and we headed back to the apartment to rest and catch up on e-mails and mark forearms red. We'd both picked up colds in Austin and couldn't work out if we were getting a second cold or just taking a bit longer to recover so some R&R was in order.
We then met up with Bonnie and OMG for dinner after their practice and then they walked us home and we said our goodbyes. Aww.
