Thursday, April 12th: Bus driver?

With a scheduled departure time of 10am, everyone was up and in the hotel lobby by 9:45ish. The only person missing was the bus driver and all important bus. We then engaged in a 90 minute game of 'Bus driver?' and daring coffee runs.

BJ and tge bus eventually turned up just before midday. Thank goodness for Arizona being in the Pacific timezone and being able to re-gain an hour of lost time. the next 8hrs were pretty uneventful. There was a pop quiz on getting to know our fellow travellers, a couple of pit stops, amazing geological formations and a well-timed drive into the setting sun.
